Each phase is characterized by an action. What, Why, How, and Do
When you’re in those phases I encourage you to look at those actions.
- What is bothering you? What could be better? What’s great?
- Why is it really bothering you? Why don’t you have or feel better? Why are these great things happening?
- How can you fix the problems? How can you make things even better? How can you encourage more great things to happen? How can you approach a conversation so that it goes well?
