Lavender Poppy Seed Ice Cream

2c Cashews soaked minimum of 4 hours
1c Coconut Water
1c Red Seedless Grapes
1 Frozen Banana
2tsp Lavender
1Tbs Poppy Seeds (honestly I didn’t measure, I just poured right in)
1/4c Honey (not totally needed but I tend to not like much sugar)

Blend the Cashews and the Coconut Water til it looks like butter. Add the Grapes and Banana. Blend til creamy. Add 1 tsp of Lavender and blend for just a few seconds longer. Pour into ice cream maker or bowl for the freezer. Stir in the remainder of the Lavender and the Poppy Seeds.

Process in maker or by hand. Place in freezer to firm up for a few hours.
To process Ice Cream by hand you place in freezer for 30 minutes then break up with a fork or whisk. Repeat until frozen!
