Ayurvedic Cleanse

My love of Ayurvedic healing started a decade ago when I read “Perfect Health” by Deepak Chopra

It was the first time I was exposed to the idea of ‘bio-individuality’. Of course that’s not the point of the book. Ayurvedic simply explains that what is good for one isn’t good for another. That resonated with me and I tried incorporating it into my life in little ways. My love of sesame oil is a direct result of reading that book!

Ayurvedic Classification breaks down like this:

There are 3 main body types. These are called Doshas. 

They are: Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
